EZ can accommodate riders from 148cm (4'10") Â to 200cm (6'6") tallÂ
If you’d like to be among the first to receive EZ, we’re currently accepting pre-orders. The lead time is
approximately 60 days, and our first warehouse stock is expected around the same time—but will sell out
quickly.
To secure your EZ, we recommend placing a pre-order with a 50% deposit now, with the remaining 50%
due upon delivery.
In flat or mildly hill y cities, the 3-speed automatic hub or Shimano Nexus 3-speed manual hub are great
choices—both offer simplicity and efficiency for daily urban rides.
For hillier areas, the Shimano GRX 10-speed setup is ideal, offering a wider gear range to help you climb
with ease.
We offer worldwide door-to-door felivery at a flat rate of €99, regardless of location.
EZ has the ability to deliver on various surfaces, including: gravel paths, tow paths, asphalt and well
maintained off-road routes. With the feel of a full-size bike.
EU-based companies with a valid VAT ID can purchase e-bikes VAT-free when buying from another EU
country. To do this, ensure the e-bike is billed to your company and that your VAT number is provided and
validated during checkout
EZ has a maximum speed of 25 km/h, or up to 32 km/h with the off-road setting enabled.

Your Voima EZ is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring protection against all manufacturing defects. In the event of any defects, your e-bike will be repaired at your nearest Voima-approved service point.
